* You take one pound of cookie dough
* 1/3 cups of sugar
* 1/3 of non-fat butter
* Half a can of Oatmeal. Local farmer market oats or Trader Joes Oatmeal best for business
* Sprinkles
Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy
* You take a bag of apples and throw it in a blender
* Pour in milk and add protein supplement
* Add Ice Cubes
* Hit the blender switch
